I had a lovely stay at the Golden Ball. The location was fantastic, away from the main road and with a beautiful view of the River Lune from the restaurant. The room was clean and spacious, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The dinner menu at the restaurant was delicious, offering a variety of options. Although there were no cereals available at breakfast, the menu still had good choices. The staff were pleasant and check-in was easy with the door codes provided. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location and enjoyable stay.
There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay. The restaurant decor had many hard surfaces, making it quite noisy during busy times.
